For Hispanic Heritage Month, Buenos Díaz pulled up to Google NYC and introduced the city to the newest member of our team: a 1986 Piaggio Ape, brought over from Italy and rebuilt from the ground up as our mobile espresso bar. Its first public appearance happened right on campus.
The coffee carries our family's story, farming in Chiapas since the 1800’s. The Ape carries it through the streets of New York. This was the day both finally arrived together.
